Our process is straightforward and highly effective. Be aware however that there is never a 100% guarantee when it comes to yard treatments due to the fact that it is a very porous environment that can be affected by the elements, such as rain or watering.

Although it is pet safe, it is also a chemical, so during application your pets will need to be outside of / away from the area being treated, and not be returned to the area for at least 30 minutes after treatment.

This treatment is safe to be applied weekly in high traffic areas, but for most family yards, once per month is recommended.

The minimum suggested treatment time is every 3 months. You will not maintain efficient coverage and protection at this frequency, but it will be far better than doing nothing and putting your pets at complete risk.

Yes! Tidy Pet Pros® provides pet waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable after the snow melts.

The safety of our clients and their pet family is THE top priority at Tidy Pet Pros®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also send you a text message when we are done cleaning so you know you can let your pets back in the yard if you bring them in during cleaning (recommended but not required unless your pets are aggressive), and we ensure all our employees are background checked and absolute pet lovers.

Tidy Pet Pros® has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $65 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $104 and $135 per month.

No contracts! You can start and cancel your subscription at any time. Just call or text our office and we'll get it taken care of.

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a low-level hazardous material. Each county requirements can be slightly different. In general we dispose at our own locations and not your garbage. In the extremely rare event we do dispose in your garbage, the waste is always double-bagged and properly tied.

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown ANY signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

We understand that life happens! If we're unable to access your yard for any reason, we'll do our best to reschedule and visit as soon as possible. However, if missed visits become a recurring issue, we may need to pause your service temporarily until you're ready to resume.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for missed appointments due to circumstances beyond our control. That said, we truly value working with you and, as a courtesy, we often provide a complimentary yard deodorizing service on your next successful visit.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer options to better fit your schedule.

No, we don't provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services (aside from sending you a text right before we head your way). While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.

Of course we have you covered! Since we don't get many truly bad weather days in this part of Texas, it is rare for us to put off a cleaning. However, if there is a lot of snow on the ground or there is severe weather potential that causes us to skip your day for staff safety, we'll be back out to make it up usually within 48 hours but of course we try to get there even sooner.

That's ok. We understand that getting someone out to mow the lawn or rake the leaves in these rural areas is not always easy. So, while we can only scoop the poop that is visible, we'll do our best for you and once you get it cleaned up if there was missed poop, we'll take care of it fully on our next visit.

That's Awesome! And the answer is yes, of course. However, because we only do auto-billing, when you alert us that you and the pets will be away for a week or two, we'll offer to provide you with other enhancement services that we already provide when you get back, which always mean you end up paying less than the service would have cost you as an addon. Things like parvo, ringworm, and other advanced yard treatments to further protect your pets. However, if you just want to pause payments until you return, we'll certainly do that for you.

Our additional services change depending on time of year and availability to chemicals, tools, equipment, skilled and properly vetted workers to get the job done at its highest level. Although we do not currently have a complete list for you to browse while we are still setting up in this area, soon we'll update the site to list what is available and we'll let you know!
